Shipping Times

***Aiders - please allow 7-15 days to complete the order. Once your order is complete you will receive a tracking number by email.

***Platform Packs and other custom gear - will be subject to longer production times. (Approximately 20 days) This is to ensure that we are providing our customers with their primary hunting needs and that is to get in the tree. If your order includes an aider and a platform pack and you would like to split up shipping, please call us at (937) 716-5075

***Custom Gear Modifications - we will be in contact with you throughout the customization process. The average time is about 3-4 weeks

Cancellation

****** All Cancellations must be made by phone (937) 716 5075 M-F 8am-4pm

***Universal Items 10% fee (Amsteel, Adjustable Versa Aiders, Knaider and Swaider, etc...)

***Custom Items 30% fee (This is any item that you have drop down option on)

Qualifying Returns

-Return must be made within 14 days of receipt

-Items must be unused

-Custom made products are not valid for return including aiders

Making A Return

***Call us at (937) 716 5075 M-F 8am-4pm

***If return qualifies, we will email you a return label or let you know as to why your return does not qualify

***Repackage the products in original packaging and securely attach shipping label with clear box tape

***The carrier will be USPS and the package can be placed in your mailbox to be picked up by your mail carrier or dropped at your local post office in order it receive a receipt

***You can track your return by the tracking number on the shipping label

***Once the package is received and inspected we will issue a refund within 3 business days

***Refund will be in the amount of purchase price minus a round trip shipping and handling charge of 15.98
